We are looking for a highly skilled Purchasing & Store Manager to oversee procurement and inventory operations, ensuring cost efficiency and seamless supply chain management for our dynamic kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing and inventory for both Front of House and Kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
• Handle supplier relationships (cash/credit transactions), negotiations, and comparisons
• Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage
• Support day-to-day purchasing needs and store operations
• Build and maintain an efficient supplier database
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management within the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Understanding of fine dining kitchen operations and purchasing processes
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage warehouse operations efficiently
• Must own a vehicle and be based in Sharjah (or willing to relocate)
