Purchasing Officer - Dubai

We’re Hiring – Purchasing Officer | Marine & Oil & Gas Industry
RAK TECH LLC and our associate companies are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Marine and Oil & Gas sectors, with a solid understanding of UAE procurement practices.
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate prices and terms
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project and operational requirements
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in purchasing/procurement within the Marine and Oil & Gas industries
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Excellent knowledge of UAE supplier markets and local procurement regulations
• High attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
