PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are seeking to recruit a Dynamic & Hardworking Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support Dubai office operation. (Indian Male - With Driving License Preferred)

Accountability & Purpose of the Role :

1) Good Connect across various government departments and on the field knowledge of documentation and clerical processes in UAE.

2) Vast Knowledge and Actively Updating Information on Company Incorporations, RTA Procedures for Company and Personal Vehicles, Company Trade license Renewals for Mainland and Free zone, Municipality and Business Approvals, Implementation of Government reforms and Free zone and Mainland Visa services.

3) Timely Execution of procedures and duly maintained records to ensure the company does not receive penalties from any government authorities.

4) Trade License Renewal in Liaison with Government through submission of legal documents securing approvals from various judicial departments and authorities within the specified time frame allotted by the authorities.

5) Secure Visa for Businesses, Employees, Dependents, domestic workers. Also include Health and safety related responsibilities for Employees Medical, Emirates Id and Insurance requirements.

6) Provide support for the Employees Family members to enter UAE as Dependent and get resident visa.

7)Process Maid Visa / Domestic workers visa by handling paper work and securing their work permit for households.

8) All Document Clearing services from Ministry of Labor, Ministry of International Affairs, Chamber of Commerce and Any other Government Departments required.
