Job Responsibility

Contact and build strong relationship with property owners, customers while understanding their requirements.
List, maintain and update properties on property portals.
Present suitable properties for customers according to their budget and criteria.
Conduct property viewings in a professional manner.
Conduct research and analysis of real estate market to identify areas with potential of increased demand and profitability margin.
Prepare, arrange, coordinate contracts and other property related documents.
Stay well-informed with the emerging property market trends, new launches, newly handed over properties, prevailing price ranges for rent and sales etc. specifically in the assigned areas of specialization.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Clear Understanding Social Cues;
A knowledgeable negotiator;
Active Listening Skills;

Qualifications Required

1 year of real estate experience in a reputable company or min 3 years in luxury retail/ fashion / high-end brand / hospitality industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid UAE driving license with own car is a must.
Excellent English communication skills. Another language is an advantage.
