Property Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all properties' operational and financial aspects, including budget control and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

Researching and listing properties on short-term rental platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Nestify, etc.
Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property, and assessing their applications in accordance with the law.
Coordinating and overlooking check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
Coordinating all additional service requests from homeowners and guests.
Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners.
Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security, and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the real estate, from screening tenants to arranging for repairs and maintenance, upkeep of residential properties, and tenant satisfaction.
Scheduling routine maintenance like replacing roof tiles or changing air vents, etc.
Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to property owners
Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations in accordance with DCTA procedures.

Qualifications

1 - 3 years of property management experience
At least 1 year of experience in operating short-term rental platforms like Air BnB, Booking.com etc
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
