About the Role

XSELL Real Estate is currently in search of proactive and seasoned Real Estate Agents with at least 1 to 2 years of background in Dubai Real Estate. The perfect candidate should demonstrate a documented history of achievements in real estate, outstanding sales abilities, and a deep understanding of off-plan property sales procedures. XSELL is inviting accomplished and goal-oriented individuals to become part of our expanding team!
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent or similar role in the real estate industry with a focus on off-plan properties and secondary market.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Sales, Marketing, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and legal requirements
• Proven track record of successful sales and/or rentals transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
• UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
• Additional languages such as: Russian, German, Italian, Farsi, Mandarin are a plus.
