Property Consultant Required in Dubai
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a network of clients through various channels.
Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities.
Plan monthly sales targets and execute them within a given time frame.
Handle sales activities with the intention of closing predefined sales targets.
Build a strong network of real estate brokers within the region and internationally.
Maintain an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients
Update customer data and sales records diligently on CRM.

Requirements Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Dubai's Real Estate market, 3 years of “Off Plan” sales experience.
Experience in residential off-plan properties sales with a demonstrated ability to support multiple launches in the market preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Fluency in English/Russian/Arabic is must.
Possess an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, excellent sales skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
