Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Toplevel Dubai located in Dubai. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Consultant (Off plan, Resale / Leasing) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, investment, and secondary market transactions, along with a proven track record of success.

Develop networks and cooperate with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction for all parties involved.
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order propose solutions that suit them.
Negotiate processes and consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements.
Review purchase and leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Provide guidance, advice and assistance to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in marketing, purchasing or leasing properties in Dubai
Create listings for sale and leasing of properties
Perform ongoing market analysis to estimate property values in your focused communities.
Promote properties through means such as, advertisements, open houses, and listing services on property platforms.
Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
Generate and manage lists of properties.
Coordinate with the Listing Section to process the documents.
Collaborate and network with the assigned District Manager.
Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management.
Abiding by RERA standards and business codes of ethics.
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.
To perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard.
To maintain a high professional profile at all times.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to consult clients on real estate matters and provide appropriate solutions
Experience in sales, especially in the real estate industry
Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and trends
Degree or diploma in real estate, business, or a related field
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Requirments

college or degree level (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in the Dubai market (commercial or residential) or Retail Sector
Strong negotiation and selling skills
Confident in presentation delivery
Proven record of achieving sales targets
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Team player
Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients
Bilingual skills are a plus (excellent English language is a must)
