Role Description

Gulf Invest is seeking a full-time, on-site Property Consultant to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, such as networking, consulting with clients, advising on investments, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and delivering excellent customer service. The Property Consultant will be expected to build long-term relationships with clients and cultivate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Consulting and Communication skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Sales skills and a proven track record of achieving targets
Real Estate experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Valid Real Estate license for Dubai

A candidate who also possesses experience in property management, marketing, or finance would be an asset.
