One of the appealing aspects of working as a real estate agent is that each day is different, and the commission is uncapped and tax-free. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often means shifting gears at the last minute; ideal candidates need to be quick on their feet, have strong negotiation tactics, and have great interpersonal skills. As the market changes so frequently, our employees need to keep updated with the latest property trends and any new laws to be able to advise their clients correctly.

A few responsibilities would include:

• Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations

• Regularly keeping updated on the market trends and informing clients accordingly

• Conducting property valuations

• Meeting clients for viewings

• Maintaining an up-to-date database

• Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell

• Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Property Consultant Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales in Dubai

• Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Organized and efficient

• Available immediately
