S&P Real Estate is hiring, professional Property Consualtants to join our growing team in Dubai.

As an experienced broker you already know what the job entails, but here is a list of highlights:

• Provide guidance, advice and assistance to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in marketing, purchasing or leasing properties in Dubai.

• Create listings for sale and leasing of properties.

• Promote properties through means such as, advertisements, open houses, and listing services on property platforms.

• Negotiate processes and consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements.

• Review purchase and leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Ideal Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE.

• Strong track record of sales.

• Good knowledge of the local property market.

• valid UAE Driving License is preferable .
