Position: Female Property Consultant

Working Hours: Full Time

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

What's Expected:

• Being up-to-date with all market updates, inventory, and launches.

• Attending all in-house trainings, launch events, and exhibitions.

• Having an "Advisor" mentality.

• Arranging and attending property viewings.

• Receiving leads, conducting immediate action, following up with previous leads and building a pipeline.

• Attending daily office hours is a must.

• Being present and aware during the whole process; from which, the lead is received, until the deal is closed, and whatever is required thereafter.

• Achieving or over-achieving monthly targets.

• Dressing in smart business attire, as well as being presentable and professional.

• Writing and Communicating Perfectly in English.

• Having outstanding sales and negotiation skills.

• Having previous experience in Real Estate in Dubai is a must.
