Property Consultant Required in Dubai

We are looking for Property Consultants, preferably Russian speakers, who are hardworking, self-driven, customer-focused and business-minded individuals with a go-getter attitude, who are seriously looking to substantially uplift their financial earnings and career. Role Responsibilities

· Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.

· Be actively involved in the sale/rental of residential/commercial properties.

· Follow the proper documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.

· Stay in constant contact with the Line Manager in order to keep him/her updated regarding ongoing transactions and seek their help to improvise.

· Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for sale as well as the rental value of a property, especially in your area of specialization.

· Qualify buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.

· Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option.

Role Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.

· Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service.

· Ability to work independently with great dedication.

· English & Russian proficiency, any additional foreign language abilities are a plus.

· Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team
