Property Consultant Required in Dubai

AX Capital are currently growing and are looking for professional Off Plan Property Specialists.

We are particularly keen to meet agents who have experience in sales of a broad range of projects and developers in Dubai.

This role requires you to:

• Conduct research and analysis of the property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitable margin.

• Contact potential inbound leads through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.

• Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.

• Prepare and present business proposals to advise buyers on appropriate property investments.

• Build and establish good working relationships with colleagues, developers and clients.

• Attend developer launches, project updates and marketing stands when required.

• Keep up to date with Dubai real estate market best practices and laws.

• Actively develop your sales and negotiation skill sets.

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum 1-years’ experience as an off plan Real Estate Agent in UAE.

• Strong track record of sales

• Ability to work independently

• Negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the UAE property market.
