We are looking for experienced property consultants to assist our clients in buying and selling real estate. The property consultant’s responsibilities include developing and sustaining good business relationships with clients and keeping up-to-date with the current market knowledge and trends. You should posses strong communication and effective negotiation skills that secure the best real estate deals for clients.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Assist clients to make sound property investment decisions

Establish long-term relationships with clients

Manage complex negotiations with high profile clients

Provide customers with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the sales process

Conduct meetings and viewings with clients in office and on project sites

Posses thorough knowledge in off-plan as well as secondary market

Attend project briefings from developers and keep up-to-date with all new projects

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university. RERA or similar licenses are preferred

2+ years of experience in dealing and selling luxury properties worldwide
