✔️Job Description: (Female/Male)
We are looking for highly motivated individual who is
self-disciplined and has a "passion" for Real Estate.

✔️Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates from Real Estate, Banking, Aviation, and Sales fields are welcome, Strong business sense and passion to work with excellent Time- Management and organization skills.

✔️UAE Driving license & car will be plus for this role
Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills with English and other languages.

✔️Past experience in any CRM tool is a big plus, e.g
Salesforce, Bitrix, Amo, Zoho, HubSpot

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
& Generate new property listings via networking, site
visits, and regular meetings and cold calls. Schedule
property viewings with potential clients and take
notes on client requirements and follow up.

Follow proper documentation on all transactions and ensure full compliance with Laws and Regulations
and Company Policies.
Understand client requirements and present several
options to buyers/tenants for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.

Provide honest feedback to clients and promote ethics and integrity on all transactions.
