Job Responsibilities:

Helping buyers locate all properties in their desired area in their price range and meeting their criteria

Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin

Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction

Advertising properties through a variety of marketing techniques

Establish a strong network of connections within the industry

Requirements:

Strong sales background

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work

UAE driving license
