Capstone Solutions is currently expanding its team and seeking driven, professional, and experienced Property Consultants to join our dynamic office in Dubai. If you’re passionate about real estate and motivated by success, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with property sales, purchases, and rentals across Dubai.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of local communities, developments, and market trends.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism, providing tailored property solutions.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential leads and clients.
• Guide clients smoothly through the entire property transaction process.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
✅ Requirements
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s real estate industry.
• Valid real estate license (or readiness to obtain one).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and related regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: AED 4,000 + 40% commission.
• Commission increases to 50% from the 4th month onwards.
