Hadi Exchange is seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and digital transformation projects. This role is designed for a strategic professional with strong expertise in ERP systems, fintech platforms, and financial technology environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing system integrations while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Focus Areas:
• Leading ERP implementations and managing end-to-end system integration projects.
• Overseeing API and middleware integrations across multiple platforms.
• Managing projects within fintech, banking, and payment system environments.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards including CBUAE, AML/KYC, and ISO 27001.
• Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Candidate Profile:
