We’re Hiring: Project Controller / Planner – Oil & Gas Sector

Experience: UAE 7+ years in Project Planning & Controls within the UAE Oil & Gas industry

Are you a planning professional with solid experience in the UAE’s Oil & Gas sector? We're looking for a Project Controller / Planner to support the successful execution of our energy projects through meticulous planning, scheduling, and progress control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project timelines, cost performance, and resource allocation.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment.
• Track project milestones and provide early warning signals for deviations.
• Generate reports for management and clients, including S-curves, histograms, and progress dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with AD NOC and other local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and contractual obligations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
