Production Engineer - Abu Dhabi

Good day,

I am a Mechanical Engineer with more than 11 years & 2 months of solid experience in Production management, Industrial Manufacturing and Training, Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing and Safety function. Previously, I have worked as, all iron product & Aluminum Product Machine Manufacturing Company in India.


SKILLS AND DUTIES

· Lean Manufacturing.
· Planning of work schedules, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance
· To prepare the Plan Vs. Production data in section wise & Product wise (Aluminium casting section , Fabrication section, finishing section , Painting section & Delivery Section )
· Monitor all sub-contractors schedule deviations, trends and variances throughout the construction process and assist in developing alternative methods for corrective action.
· Establishing a regular basis for updating the project schedule to ensure the timely reporting of schedule information.
· Ability to work independently, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills.
· Manage the day to day activity as per the project work flow plan.
· Ensure maintaining all records of scope changes and variations that potentially affect schedule performance.
· File and maintain production record
· Helps to provide justifications and recommendations for changes in schedules Baseline
· Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
· Provide daily production reports to higher management on workshop's production progress, concerns and recovery plans in case of delays
· Continuously review all processes within department and ensure to lean any process and eliminate production common waste.
· Establishing, developing, periodic work progress reports for consultant & client and higher management.
· Managed to handle the total Monthly and Weekly production planning according to customer schedule.
· Maintain good housekeeping of the production floor.
· Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve or exceed business targets.
· Participates in review meetings with the Client and the Owner Engineer.
· Strong communication.
· Man power control over more than 300 +
