We are looking for Product Sales Manager help product concept grow and develop their careers.

What you'll do:

From discovery research to delivering high-fidelity prototypes and testing live products, you’ll be part of hybrid product and design team that work together to uncover user (and business) problems and deliver innovative solutions
Conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover new problems to work on and generate fresh ideas and insights
Perform detailed research into our prioritized issues and opportunities, documenting key insights from competitor and market analysis, as well as customer feedback and planned user flows, and documenting these in empowering product specs for our design and engineering teams
Take ownership of our user growth targets, using data and experimentation to improve key metrics in areas such as onboarding, retention and AUMs
Developing our service and product portfolio as well as promote and sell our products to end-customer.
Prepare market reports and business cases.
Support customers and the organization with expert knowledge in selected product areas and work with pricing of products and services.
Drive business development for new sales areas.
Teach and lead other colleagues.
Manage bid preparation.
Drive customer business meetings and negotiations.
Leads product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch.
Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, and answering questions and requests.

Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing special and customized orders.
Works with marketing and sales departments to ensure product success and market growth.
Recruits, trains, and manages product team by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

2+ years experience in product management for a technology company (product analyst, product manager, junior product manager, etc.)
Must be located in Dubai
Responsible and proactive self-starter with a clear passion for modern product management and personal development
Arabic fluency is essential
UAE driving license
OWN car is an advantage
