Join our team as a Procurement Officer to join our Spareparts department.
The ideal candidate will handle procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.
Scope of Work:
Responsible for managing and overseeing the purchasing of goods and services for an organization. Ensure that the company acquires the right products at the best prices while maintaining quality and adhering to regulations.
• Source and procure HVAC equipment, materials, and services
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with project teams for requirements.
• Stay updated with market trends and vendor pricing
• Keeping and eagle eye on LME and Market Trends
• Feasibility on buying Blocked Items / MOQ
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of HVAC materials and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
