We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Specialist to support procurement and general services operations for a high-impact, short-term project.

• Nationality: Open to Arabic-speaking candidates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Professional certification (CIPS, CIPP, or CPP) – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
Key Skills:
• Strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Contract negotiation and administration
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures
• Analytical mindset with proven cost-saving capabilities
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
