Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing goods and services.
• Support vendor communication and maintain records.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain procurement documentation and databases.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Officer to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in procurement preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of procurement practices and procedures.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
