Procurement Assistant - Dubai
We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to support our procurement operations and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Procurement Manager in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and supplier details.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and quality suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure necessary stock is available for ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and priorities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role, ideally within an FM company.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
