Are you an organized professional passionate about project management? Our client in Abu Dhabi is looking for a PMO Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
Your Role:
• Oversee project governance, steering committees, and project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and maintain centralized project documentation.
• Develop KPIs to measure project success and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project performance reports.
What You Bring:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic.
• Experience: 4–6 years in a PMO role.
• Certification: PMP or equivalent (preferred).
• Skills: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerPoint, AI tools) and experienced in consultancy and digital transformation.
