Physics Teacher Required in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Physics Teacher with Academic Sales Expert. In this dual role, you will be responsible for teaching physics to students and utilizing your expertise in academic sales to promote and sell educational materials and resources.

Experience: Must have experience in teaching at IGCSE/A Level /IBDP levels for at least 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver effective physics lessons to students, employing a variety of instructional techniques and resources.
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that encourage student participation and inquiry.
Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to illustrate physics concepts and principles.
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments.
Provide timely feedback and guidance to students, promoting their academic growth and development.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in physics education and incorporate relevant technologies and teaching methodologies into the classroom.
Identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the academic market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell educational materials.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and individual educators.
Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our educational resources.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
Monitor sales trends, analyze market data, and generate reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Must have experience in teaching at GCSE/A /IBDP levels for at least 3-5 years.
Teaching certification or experience in physics education.
Strong knowledge and understanding of physics concepts and principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in academic sales or a related field.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Familiarity with educational resources and materials used in physics instruction.
Proficient in using technology and digital tools in the classroom.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and attend conferences, workshops, and sales events as required.

Compensation: 5000 - 7500 AED / month plus performance-based incentive.
