Personal Assistant to CEO - Dubai
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to support both business and personal tasks for the office of the CEO. This full-time role suits a confident, discreet professional who thrives under pressure and has prior experience working in the UAE — ideally within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and complex travel itineraries.
• Coordinate with property consultants, internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
• Prepare and proofread business presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
• Monitor and triage emails and phone calls, prioritizing items that require the CEO’s attention.
• Track and follow up on ongoing projects and action items to ensure timely completion.
• Organize company events, client meetings, and other office-related activities as required.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Provide personal assistance tasks for the CEO when needed, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of relevant PA or executive support experience in the UAE.
• Prior exposure to the real estate industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and confident interpersonal manner.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
