We’re Hiring: Payroll Accountant | Dubai, UAEMEGARME is looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation.
Verify attendance, timesheets, allowances and deductions.
Calculate leave salary and end-of-service benefits.
Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare management reports.
Reconcile payroll-related accounts.
Coordinate with HR and Finance for timely salary processing.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
Support payroll audits and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Strong payroll and accounting experience.
Good knowledge of UAE payroll, WPS and labour regulations.
Experience with Zoho or similar accounting/payroll systems preferred.
Excellent numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
GCC payroll experience is an advantage.
Hindi Speaking Preferably
