Timely process of Monthly Payroll and submission of the Reports to corporate Payroll Team as per the deadlines
Ensure the accurate creation, updation and maintenance of employee various Allowance and deductions in Oracle Payroll System
Upon receipt of relevant documents and approval s, ensure timely updation of other Allowance, medical, Visa, Air Ticket reimbursements
Process the employee benefits pertaining to Rental Assistance, Settling Allowances advances, variable pay and miscellaneous payments as per eligibility and in line with group policy and Management Approval
Update all type of leave records
Processing of leave salary and directing Travel Desk to book the tickets
Preparation of invoices, and prepayments in Oracle
