Bizrahmed is a well established medical center in Dubai with branches in London and KSA. We employ a diverse team of professionals and currently looking to hire an experienced Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: PATIENT COORDINATOR

REPORT TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER

ROLE:

Are you patient and understanding? Do you have good organizational and computer skills? Can you provide excellent customer service? Do you have sales and analytical skills?

SKILLS + COMPETENCIES

At this level, you will be able to:

Perform analytical and data entry task
Answer patient calls, emails and questions, including finding insurance estimates
Confidentially manage patient accounts
Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements
Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments
Discuss cost of service and payment options with the patient
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
Schedule any necessary appointments
Get prior consents and authorizations for procedures
Scan documents into patient charts
Meet with patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care.
Assist the overall team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

Immediate Joining

Female candidates preferred

Language: Fluent English and Arabic

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience in Aesthetics/Cosmetic

Minimum 2 years working as a patient coordinator

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales

Must be bilingual: English/Arabic
