As a Patient Care Coordinator / Administrator / Personal Assistant

You will be working accordingly to doctor schedule and will be moving with the doctor if it’s required and your leave will be according to the doctor’s leave.

you will be responsible for patients of the doctor and organizing clients properly for a smooth daily operation. Handling different complain, and acting as a liaison between our clinic and its clients. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating all documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained for documentation and billing purposes.

Additional duties for this patient care coordinator / Administrator role include: Follow Clinic Policy at all times

· You will be needed to go with the doctor on his clinic in Abu Dhabi.

· Serve as front desk customer coordinator by being welcoming and inviting to the clients.

· Team work to coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare personnel.

· Entering and updating client information into a client information system.

· Ensuring client satisfaction and assisting them.

· Developing the knowledge of client needs and trends to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

· Handling campaigns outcome (Entering leads data, call and provide adequate information about treatments and offers, capture client’s attention and book for treatment)

· Handling client’s enquiries and complaints by WhatsApp and email.

· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

· Liaise between clients and team members.

· Ensure clients files are ready and updated.

· Handle clients’ payments and installments follow-up and reminders.

· Convey clients’ concerns, complaints and enquiries to direct line manager.

· Perform clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.

· Serving as a backup when other employees are out due to absent staff members.
