Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Coordination:
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to track order progress.
• Verify order details, pricing, and availability before confirming execution.
Logistics & Shipment Handling:
• Ensure proper scheduling and dispatch of orders as per customer requirements.
• Work closely with shipping and courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle documentation, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
Customer Communication & Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
• Address order-related inquiries, complaints, or delays promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer experience.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.
• Assist in demand forecasting and order planning.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
• Generate regular reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and delivery performance.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices for efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
