Are you passionate about the fragrance industry and ready to take on a leadership role in building a premium perfume brand from the ground up? We are an emerging perfume company in the UAE looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the setup and oversee our entire operational cycle.
What you’ll do:
• Establish the company’s operational infrastructure
• Identify and collaborate with suppliers
• Manage OEMs for production
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
• Ensure smooth coordination across all production stages
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or production in the perfume or cosmetics industries
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of perfume production processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Financial and budgeting expertise
• Hands-on, problem-solving mentality with the ability to adapt
Requirements:
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
