Operations Executive - Dubai
Green Apple Shipping LLC is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or candidates eager to start a career in the shipping and logistics sector. You will receive on-the-job training and work alongside experienced colleagues while supporting day-to-day operational tasks across import/export and documentation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparation and verification of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to track shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Support booking and scheduling of cargo, local transportation and warehouse handovers.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and database entries; support routine reporting.
• Follow procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform general administrative tasks and assist senior operations staff as required.
