Operations Consultant for Bahrain - Manama

VAM Systems is currently looking for Operations Consultant for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Experience:

• A minimum of 15 years in the same field
• Recent experience in terms of operations department initiation within banking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand & determine the scope of the Central operations structure related to the bank and the group via consultation and evaluation of current processes & workflows and recommending different solutions or best practices.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy for the operations department including defining clear department structure, objectives, job descriptions, KPIs and milestones.
• Recommending cost-effective solutions to operations challenges.
• Develop a detailed implementation plan to set up the department.
• Promote best practices by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and businesses to implement improved Operations procedures.
• Design and document processes, policies, workflow.
• Recommend new technology trends, workflows, and processes to enhance customer experience. Facilitate training initiatives for employees when required.
