OPERATIONS CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN DUBAI

POSITION: Operations and Client Relations Executive
SALARY: up to 9,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Business Setup Firm
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1-month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to WESTERN and ARABIC nationalities
Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Master’s Degree is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the business setup industry
Highly knowledgeable in sales and customer service in a business setup
Proven track of record in the renewal process and client management
Must be able to achieve individual or group targets
Fluent in English, oral and written with exceptional negotiation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage clients’ journey through the renewal process
Follow up on payments on all unrenewed/AWOL clients
Always develop customer loyalty through exceptional customer service and rewarding long-standing customers with benefit
Answers phone calls and all other types of communication such as SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
Maintain accurate customer contact records within Zoho CRM – Website, social media page, number of visas in the company, business activity, issues that have arisen
