Key Responsibilities:
• Plan Dream Getaways: Design customized travel itineraries based on each client’s preferences, needs, and budget.
• Book & Coordinate: Manage flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, and all other travel arrangements to ensure a seamless experience.
• Deliver Excellent Service: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional, personalized support.
• Stay Current: Keep up with travel industry trends, promotions, and supplier updates to provide the best recommendations.
• Problem-Solve: Address and resolve travel challenges quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Genuine passion for travel and helping others explore the world.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a self-directed, remote environment.
• Sales or service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable internet, a smartphone, or computer.
