An Online Sales Executive will coordinate sales across social media platforms and websites.

Responsibilities

1. Perform online sales activities on an online platform(Company's Official website, Amazon, Noon, etc) to achieve company sales objectives.

2. Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

3. Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats, and personal visits.

4. Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.

5. Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plans.

6. Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.

7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

8. Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.

9. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.

10. Work independently or in a team to achieve a monthly sales quota.

11. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.

12. Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.

13. Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections.

14. Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience.
