Office Assistant - Dubai
Role Summary:
Petrosafe is looking for a reliable and helpful Office Assistant to join its Dubai team. This hands-on role supports daily office operations, hospitality needs, and basic facility upkeep to ensure a neat, welcoming workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve tea & coffee for staff and visitors.
• Maintain office cleanliness — keep common areas, pantry and workspaces tidy.
• Manage meeting rooms (arrange seating, setup AV/equipment, ensure rooms are stocked and presentable).
• Support daily office operations such as receiving visitors, handling light errands, restocking supplies, and coordinating with vendors or housekeeping.
• Assist with simple administrative tasks as required to help the office run smoothly.
Requirements:
• Basic English communication skills.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with a willingness to help.
• Punctual and reliable with the ability to follow instructions.
• Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or facility services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Location & Work Environment:
• Based behind Aster Hospital — Al Qusais Industrial Area 2, Dubai.
• Full-time position within a professional and supportive team environment.
