Medcare Telehealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active Alaska NP/APRN license to provide high-quality healthcare services to Medicare patients through telehealth.Location: Alaska – Remote/TelehealthPay: $65/hourKey Responsibilities
Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) via telehealth.
Conduct Evaluation & Management (E/M) visits.
Provide and support Community Health Integration (CHI) services.
Coordinate patient care and work effectively with case workers.
Review patient health information and identify appropriate care needs.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Deliver professional, patient-centered care in a telehealth environment.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Must hold an active Alaska NP/APRN license.
Must be Medicare enrolled in Alaska.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
Experience conducting Evaluation & Management (E/M) visits.
Experience with Community Health Integration (CHI).
Experience working with and managing case workers.
Comfortable providing healthcare services through telehealth.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Private and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
