Multimedia Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

As a Broomstick Multimedia Designer - Graphic and Animation, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the design and illustration team, aiding with the creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content and videos. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client amends.

Multimedia Designer Responsibilities:
• Meeting with stakeholders to determine the project scope.
• Conducting research on the right media techniques and design ideas for the required concept.
• Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with other designers, editors, and account managers.
• Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to website different specifications (i.e website, social media, outdoor media, video commercials and etc.)
• Original Concept designs, photo manipulation, video editing, motion graphic animations, and text animations.
• Creating animated sequences using computer animation softwares.
• Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.

Multimedia Designer Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
• A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
• Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation.
• Able to conceptualize and execute original designs and animations.
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects.
• Excellent organisational, time and project management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven competence in design and image manipulation software
• Teamwork skills because most projects require input from individuals with different roles
• Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
• Professional approach to time, cost and deadlines.
