MS Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Job Purpose / Accountabilities:
• To implement key project management
• Analyse and research on the system, make recommendations to maximize its capabilities
• Automate the system to generate management reports
• Train and monitor all IT Business Critical Systems to enhance business performance and add value.
• Consult with management and users to ensure agreement on system principles
• Research, recommendation, procurement and implementation of new technologies or system changes within a reasonable SME budget
• Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system and coordinate with outsourced IT support to purchase and setup
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared
• Document business requirements and business specific training manuals and work flows using a formal approach and methodology such as UML, RUP or other formalism
• Read manuals and technical reports to learn how to implement program options that meet staff and user requirements
• Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards to increase the company's efficiency
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or to improve work flow
• Ensure processes and users are operating efficiently
• Use system tools to provide accurate, efficient Reporting based on Business critical and user requirements/requests
• Provide staff and users with assistance in solving system related problems and work-arounds if necessary
• Coordinating the installation and upgrade of computer programs and systems with outsourced IT support

Qualifications required:
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Commerce / Business
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
• Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to give full attention to what other people are saying
• Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes
