Here at Holo we are looking to recruit for an experienced Mortgage Manager to be based in our Dubai office. Reporting into the Head of Mortgages but with the support of the whole Holo family, this is not your average role.

Responsibilities

Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring our clients are furnished with a range of mortgage options best suited to their needs.
Manage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls from generated leads
Build a relationship of trust with clients and with our partners
Educate our clients about mortgage products and procedures
Have a good understanding of the mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processes
Gather, analyse and present documents required for processing
Visit our Real Estate Agent partners weekly to continue to build the great relationships we have

This is not a role where you will be expected to generate your own leads. We have multiple channels for lead generation for you.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker
CEMAP (not essential)
Bubbly and confident personality
Team player (We have FIFA on the PS5)
