Key Responsibilities:
• Create HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and emergency lighting shop drawings
• Design kitchen ventilation and smoke management systems in line with ADCD regulations
• Review contractor shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specs
• Submit drawings and inspections via MePS/TAMM for ADCD approval
• Attend Civil Defense inspections to ensure systems meet regulatory standards
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in Consultancy & Contracting (Fit-out projects)
• Expertise in MEP design and ADCD inspections
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Duct Sizer, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Nationality: Open to all
