RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing calls both incoming and outgoing
2. Arranging patients appointments
3. Welcoming and directing patients
4. All clerical work
5. Composing and replying to emails
6. Handling counter billing
7. Handling Insurance billing
8. Professional exchange of calls, email and WhatsApp messages
