MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are a Dental Clinic located in Business Bay, Dubai, currently looking for a female receptionist with the requirements as follow:
1. Fluent in both English and Arabic
2. Pleasing personality
3. Punctual with strong attendance history
4. Previous work experience in Dental Clinic or other Medical facility will be an advantage

Reponsibilities:
1. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional but friendly manner.
2. Welcome patients and guests warmly and answer any of their queries politely.
3. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
4. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine, computers and iPads.
5. Keep detailed and accurate records of patients requests and calls received.
6. Booking appointments, receiving payments, maintaining records and updating personal and financial information of patients.
7. Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
8. Responsibly handle the clinic's social media account.

Skills
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
2. Knowledge in Photography and Social media platforms is a plus.
