Medical Provider Officer Required in Dubai

As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Global Health Care Solutions L.L.C. is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently looking for an “Officer -Network” the job holder is accountable to establish and maintain relations between health care providers and insurance companies and administer contracts between providers and MedNet UAE.

Your Job:

Develop and maintain MedNet healthcare provider network.
Interpretation of statistics and provide quality, accurate reports in a timely manner.
Resolving issues between network providers and approvals team.
Internal & external customer queries are handled efficiently.
Include new providers to the Network upon execution of necessary scrutiny checks and identify preferred providers through Provider Profiling analysis.
Revise Policy manual and prepare Network Agreements in compliant with MedNet protocols.
Serve as a Mediator between MedNet departments and providers to resolve network related complaints / issues.
Conduct Provider trainings /orientation programs effectively.
Prepare tariff revision reports in a timely manner for Network Manager’s approval.
Update MedNext with data relating to addresses, discounts, creation of new codes, specialty etc
Design and implement Network surveys to gather market information.

Your profile:

Computer literacy ( MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge related to medical terminology / ICD & CPT Codes
Industry knowledge related to local healthcare services system.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle stress.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Hospital Administration / Pharmaceutical sciences.
Minimum Experience:

2 years experience in provider relations functionality in GCC.
