Presently associated with JBF RAK LLC, a major player in the manufacturing of Polyester chips, film and metallized films in gulf. Total capacity is around 1200mt per day of chips and 300mt per day of film.
Career Responsibilities:
Involved in the examination, development as well as testing of mechanical equipment and tools. Responsible for providing engineering support for workshop and continuous plant activities to ensure that components and equipment is maintained and refurbished correctly. Giving technical maintenance support to on site activities and ensuring that the correct components and procedures are followed to ensure quality control. Provide Mechanical Engineering expertise and technical advice to other members of Department.
 Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
 Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
 Carrying out quality inspections on jobs, liaising with client departments and customers.

 Conveying System & Material Handling DHP supplied Feeding plants- Roots blowers, Rotary valves, Recycle fans, vibro feeders. (Dehumidifier and control system).
 Melting & Mould Systems – Dornier and Coperion Extrusion system, EDI die systems,
 Pumps & Rotating systems- Heating System , Centrifugal pumps , Submersible pumps, Chemical pumps ,Gear pumps, Rotating unions, Heated and Cooled rollers and Gearbox’s , coater and corona.
 TDO chains & MDO Gear boxes.
 Hydraulics and Pneumatics- Hydraulics and pneumatics cylinders and automatic, lifting and control systems, SOV, proportional systems.
 WINDER MACHINES-J kampf provided winder for two thin 8.7mtr and two thick 4.7mtr and 5.7mtr lines.
 Slitting - ATLAS provided primary and secondary slitters.
 Recycling Systems- Recycling systems of EREMA- Agitators, compactors, extruder and cutters.
 ALOXING- GVE provided Metalizer machines- booster pump, diffusion pumps and chillers.

Responsible for Maintaining Mechanical equipment’s—
 Reverse osmosis- 4 NOS RO Plants (capacity 40 to 20 cubic meter per hour)
 Cooling towers- Cross and Counter flow type Cooling Towers (6500 to 1000 cubic meter per hour) and high capacity these pumps.
 Compressors- screw, vertical reciprocating, double acting single stage and centrifugal compressors
(Capacity -1690 CFS).
 Vapor Absorber machine- (Chiller 7 NOS, Capacity-1100 to 500Tr) and centrifugal chiller(capacity-500Tr, 2 NOS)
 Canned pumps- Zero maintenance water cooled.
 HOC’S, Nitrogen dryers and Ammonia crackers.
 Maintenance of heat transfer media station (Therminal 66 and Dowtherm pumps and evaporators).
 Centrifugal pumps- 60 pumps with mechanical seal single spring, multi spring, and cartridge and bellow etc. type.
 Maintenance of high capacities blowers, vacuum, Screw and gear pumps serviced for high production and continuous plant.
 Rotary cutter- Monitor and maintenance of rotary horizontal cutters 600 and 900 capacity 1200 ton per day.
 Agitator and gear boxes- Maintenance and monitoring for continuous production.
 ETP (Effluent Treated Plant) - Maintenance and servicing of equipment’s.
 Conveying System & Material Handling- Disc chain conveyor horizontal and vertical (60 meter length) monitoring and inspection. Rotary lock feeder, pneumatic conveying line and diverter valves. Hydraulic system, capacity of 30 to 35 ton, hoists and EOT Crain maintenance.
 Air Conditioner- maintenance and serviced of package, split, window A/C (super general, blue star and carrier).
 Shell & tube Plate heat exchanger- heating and cooling operation monitoring and leakage short out.
 Static Equipment’s- Storage Tanks, Preparation tanks, Reactors, Crystallizers, silos and those structure.
